Hi, I’m Renée…
Before becoming a certified mindset coach, I spent nearly a decade working in sales and business consulting. Today, I help ambitious women understand the beliefs shaping how they pursue success—and build wealth in a way that feels purposeful, sustainable, and true to who they are.
As an immigrant in the US, I inherited a relentless drive to build generational wealth from my hardworking father. From a young age I knew I wanted to be successful but somewhere along the way I picked up stories about what it meant it meant to have that success. I heard things like “money is the root of all evil”, “too much ambition make women cold”, “rich people are greedy”, and other statements that led to a conflicting beliefs about aspiring for more.
For years, I believed success had to be earned through constant effort and sacrifice. I pushed myself to the point of exhaustion, and although it looked like I had everything together, I felt unfulfilled and unsure of what I was working toward. I was burned out and knew something had to change.
My biggest breakthrough came in 2022. I knew I was done when I couldn’t shake the numbness I felt waking up every morning. I was stuck mentally and my body felt frozen in fear. I was working tirelessly, but could never scrape up enough to feel ahead. I knew there had to be a better way, so like many of you, I dove into a holistic wellness journey— devouring books, doing the inner work, and hiring coaches and therapists. Through deep mindset work and training, I learned ways to neurologically rewire my brain and break through the money blocks that were not only keeping me stagnant, but completely self-sabotaging my potential. I realized how the moments I’ve chucked up to “played it safe”, were really subconscious fears resisting opportunities.
This challenging, yet profound journey led to dramatic shifts in my life. In just 2 years I dug myself out of 50k worth of debt, started traveling to dream destinations, crushing my financial goals, all while working less than ever before.
The success I created wasn’t luck. It was mindset. It was neuroscience. It was subconscious rewiring before I even had the language for it. Once I understood the why behind how I created those results, I knew I could teach other women to
do the same , consciously, sustainably, and authentically. In 2025 I founded Ray Maria Mindset to help empower and put more money in the hands of entrepreneurial women. I believe t’s possible to have it all and to pursue it shamelessly. With a background in psychology, sales, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I’m on a mission to empower entrepreneurial women to shatter self-imposed glass ceilings by uncovering the root cause of what’s keeping them stagnant, and rewiring their belief systems to experience true financial liberation.
